Purpose: Maintain company nursery stock, obtain
and deliver nursery stock from third party nurseries, and provide
nursery materials as needed to crews.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain company plant stock health through nursery best practices.
" Drive lift truck or box truck to pick up and deliver plant material
from 3rd party nurseries to designed sites. " Insure that
invoices match material loaded at third party suppliers.

- Perform efficient, careful work in a timely fashion.
- Effective communication to diverse audiences in English and
Spanish.
Freedom to Act
- Supervised on a daily basis, must accept direction well.
- No independent action or decision-making authority.
- Work must be within approved standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Work is fully supervised and reviewed.
- Supervisor is completely responsible for individual's time
and assignments.
- Observe all safety practices. Reports all injuries or accidents
to supervisor immediately.
Scope
- Individual uses own knowledge to perform well-defined tasks.
Work Environment
- Work is achieved outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Work is primarily Monday through Friday; hours are subject
to change with weather and workload. Overtime is common Spring
- Fall. Weekend watering is necessary during hot weather.

- Nursery manager, crew members, purchaser, vendors, site supervisors,
project managers and foremen.
Qualifications for the Position
- English and Spanish speaking, although limited English may
be acceptable.
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record for past
three years and social security card.
- If not a United States citizen, must have a valid visa or
work permit and social security card.
- Experienced in bobcat and tractor operations.
