Landscape Maintenance Services

G.E. Enterprises created a landscape maintenance division in 2003. In response to clients who were frustrated with their current maintenance, we founded this division on the same stringent principles of customer service and horticultural expertise we have earned over the past 30 years. The division is staffed by individuals trained and experienced in best landscape practices.

We are trained in all techniques and areas of horticulture maintenance. We strive to achieve the original expectation of the landscape design through prudent structural pruning, maintaining the details of the landscape, and working with property owners/managers to make changes, when necessary, which improve the property value. Any applications of herbicides or insecticides will be used only when clearly warranted. We will work closely with you to establish your landscape to your expectations and deliver satisfactory ongoing services. All properties are routinely audited by the maintenance manager, and additionally by the quality and warranty supervisor if under G.E.'s warranty program.

G.E. offers many maintenance services including:

• Turf mowing, aeration, trimming, edging, fertilizing, weed management and other specialized turf services
• Irrigation activation, seasonal checks & clock adjustments, maintenance and winterization as well as winter watering services
• Pruning, with focus on removing dead, dying & diseased branches, shrub rejuvenation and training for healthy growth
• Shrub bed and mixed border maintenance including fertilization, weed control, and mulch replenishment
• Annual and perennial plant bed care including design, planting, weed control, deadheading, and fertilization
• Insect and disease control when necessary
• Spring and fall landscape cleanup
• Snow removal
• Holiday lighting
