Warranty Program

G.E. Enterprises supports a proactive quality and warranty program. This means that we actively conduct routine audits on each property we landscape work throughout the construction phase and for a twelve month period following installation. Those clients for whom we also provide landscape maintenance services are routinely audited for two years following installation of their landscape. A full time employee with formal horticulture training is responsible for these audits. Landscapes are monitored for appropriate irrigation, insect or disease pests, and abiotic disorders such as wind, heat, cold, and wildlife damage. These inspections provide feedback, and often education for the property owner or manager. Additionally, this person is available for phone consultations and meetings with our clients.
